MENS NOON TIME BASKETBALL

(Ages18&up) Pick up

recreational basketball is offered

Monday, Wednesday and Friday

for a mid day workout. FREE for

members only!

ADULT INDOOR SOCCER

(Ages 18&up) This non-

competitive program stresses

recreational play, fun and

fitness. Weekly pick up games

are played. Tuesdays from

8:30pm-9:45pm.

INDOOR TENNIS

Indoor rentals by reservation.

Call for days and times. $26 per

hour.

ADULT RECREATIONAL

VOLLEYBALL

(Ages 18&up) Adult coed

recreational volleyball is offered

weekly for members. The

program emphasizes recreational

play fun & fitness.

PICKLEBALL

(Ages 14&up) Learn and play this

great indoor racquet sport for

fun and fitness with friends.

INDOOR SOCCER LEAGUE

(U14 & U17) Girls and boys

teams play fast paced off the

wall games. Coach and roster is

required to register.

BIDDY BASKETBALL

(Ages 4-6) Learn the basics and

have fun doing it. Includes a free

basketball.

YOUTH BASKETBALL LEAGUE

(Ages 7-9) Basketball was

invented at the Y and it is still

our most popular sport. We

emphasize skill development &

sportsmanship. Free t-shirt and

basketball. Program runs

November-February.

GYMNASTICS

(Ages 18months-2years) Parent

- child intro to fun basics.

Thursdays 3-3:30pm.

(Ages 3 years old) Learn basic

tumbling. Thursdays 3:40-

4:10pm.

(Ages 4-5) More challenging

skills and fun. Thursdays 4:20-

5:05pm.

(Ages 6-7) Skill building progres-

sions and fun. Thursdays 5:15-

6pm.

(Ages 8-14) Stick that landing,

even more skills are introduced.

Thursdays 6:10-6:55pm.

RACQUETBALL

(Ages 14&up) Enjoy this sport

while keeping fit. Reserve your

court time for only $6 per hour,

walk on is FREE for members.

Racquetball equipment is

available at the front desk; a $5

per racquet deposit is required.

FLOOR HOCKEY

(Ages 5-12) Join Coach Husky as

he leads the troops in a fun and

exciting floor hockey program.

Learn skills, play games and

make friends. Program runs in

February and March.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

(Ages 5+) Have your next

birthday party at the Y. We

provide a party room, games

with a leader and an hour of

swim time in our pool. Maximum

of 24 children. Nonswimmers

under the age of 8 years must be

accompanied in the water by an

adult or wear a personal

flotation device. Parties are

$100 for members and $150 for

the general pubic. A $25 non-

refundable deposit is required to

confirm your reservation.

YOUTH GAMES

(Ages 7-13) A fun filled class

incorporating games and active

play that get kids moving and

exercising while having a non-

stop fun time.

KARATE

(Ages 6 & up) Combining

traditional and modern karate

that is overseen by Black Belt

Mark Kilmer, it emphasizes

discipline, self defense, building

self confidence and fitness. We

offer something for first time

beginners as well as for those

who want to advance.

TEEN CENTER (Ages 6-17) Children have their own space including table games, board games, computers, ping pong, pool table. You can even race your friend on our exercise bikes. Supervised by YMCA staff. Open Monday - Friday, 4 to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 12:30pm. SATURDAY TEEN NIGHTS Free program for all Fulton County teens enrolled in school. School ID or YMCA membership card required to enter. Select Saturdays from 7-10pm in during the Fall & Winter. FREE to all Fulton County teens through a grant from the Fulton County Board of Supervisors and the Youth Bureau.

AKIDO

(Ages 5 & up) A martial arts pro-

gram that incorporates flexibility,

teamwork and respect.

HOME SCHOOL PE

(Ages 5-18) Variety of physical edu-

cation activities for home schooler

students. Runs concurrent with our

sessions, while school is in session.

YOGA FOR KIDS

Experience emotional balance through

the physical and mental benefits of

yoga by practicing breathing

exercises, flowing sequences,

balancing poses and deep relaxation

while building a healthy relationship

with your body.

DANCING KIDS

(Ages 4-13) Dancing kids! Excellent

PARENTS NIGHT OUT

(Ages 0-4) Fun, active play with your

FAMILY FITNESS Enjoy family time while you are get- ting fit! Join us for our parent/child workout that is great fun together. Designed for parents with children ages 5 –13, it includes a variety of activities that will get you moving while you are getting in shape. Who would have guessed that working out together could be this much fun. FAMILY FUN NIGHTS Enjoy some fun family time together - put play in your day! FFN includes games, sports, swimming, snacks & much more. Family fun nights offered from 6-8:30pm on the second Friday of each month for the entire community.

Participants move from one weight

lifting station to another for a total

LOCK-IN Come to the YMCA for an overnight program of fun & exclusive use of the Y with your scout group, church youth group or school group. Orga- nized groups may rent the YMCA overnight on Saturday nights for special programs such as post prom parties, retreats and other youth programs. Use of the gym, swimming pool, teen center, and locker rooms is included. LIFEGUARD CERTIFCATION (Ages 15&up) American Red Cross lifeguarding course. Students must pass a skills test prior to the course. Upon successful completion partici- pants receive their lifeguarding cer- tification.

ARTS

We unveiled our new arts room

in the fall of 2015, as part of

our $500,000 Capital Campaign.

It is our goal to continue to be

the place people look to when

they are looking to improve their

lives.

Monthly Calendars will be

available, with an ever changing

line up of activities. Program

designed for each membership

category, from parent-tot to

seniors and everything in

between.

Current classes feature activities

such as painting, crafts, sign

lan-guage and couponing. We

look forward to expanding the

pro-graming to meet the

changing needs of our members.
