Have your next birthday at the Y! We provide a party room, games with a party leader & your choice of swim time for refreshing fun or basketball or soccer fun in the gym. Maximum of 24 children. Non-swimmers under 8 yrs. must be accompanied in the water by an adult and wear a PFD. A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation. (Ages 5+)

THE FOLLOWING IS A LIST OF POOL/SPORTS PARTIES RULES & PROCEDURES

1. Parties are for ages 5 & up with a maximum of 24 children. Over 24 children will be required to pay an additional fee of $50(2 hr party) or $75 (3 hr party).

2. Adult supervision must be 1:6 ratio.

3. Children must be supervised at all times in the building with special attention in the locker-room.

4. Leave all valuables at home.

5. A $25 nonrefundable deposit is required when booking your party. The party cannot be booked unless the deposit is made. The balance of the payment is required at the front desk prior to the party. The cost is $75 for YMCA members and $125 for the General Public. Combo parties are $100 for members and $165 for non-members. Parties cannot be booked less than 10 days prior to Party Date.

6. We book our parties for 1 hour in the pool/gym and 1 hour in the Party Room. The first hour is for pool/gym use. We also have a combo party which is an hour in the pool and and hour in the gym then the party room. Guests should arrive no more than 15min. prior to starting time.

7. Pool Parties are scheduled for 12:30, 1:30 or 2:45 on Sat. & Sun. Sports parties are scheduled for 3:45 on Sat. & Sun.

8. A kitchen area which includes a refrigerator to store your perishables is available; the use of the stove is prohibited. Decorations are allowed on tables only.

9. The YMCA provides a party leader for your group. The party leader sets up the room while you are in the pool/gym and helps lead games if time permits.

10. The party host is responsible for assisting with clean up.

11. The party room must be cleaned and vacated no later than ten minutes after the official end time or a $25.00 fee will be assessed.

12. Cancellations require a 24hr. notification.
