YMCA Group Exercise staff take pride & pay careful attention to our members’ needs. Our experienced instructors are dedicated to providing modifications in all of our classes to ensure meeting all of our members varied fitness levels. All classes are co-ed unless specified otherwise. Participants must be 14 years & up. Class schedules available at the Member Service desk, in the Fitness Center or at www.fultoncountyymca.org. Some group exercise programs included free each session with membership. See flyer at desk.

Here is a list of some of our current Group Exercise Offerings:
BALANCE & STABILITY FOR FALL PREVENTION - Great for all ages & abilities to help with better balance.
CARDIO KICKBOXING - Take your workout to the next level. Learn form, technique, improve core strength, cardiovascular & muscle endurance.
COUNTRY LINE DANCING - Kick up your heels & workout doing dance routines to fun, countrymusic. No partner or experience required.
CYCLING - Indoor cycling fitness program involves mind & body for ultimate performance. Music, fun, motivating workout for all levels.
50/50 CARDIO + SCULPT - Aerobics, toning & conditioning.
PILATES - Mind-body workout for all levels stren
PI-YO - Stretching, relaxation & flexibility exercises influenced by pilates & yoga to renew your spirit, mind & body.
BOOTCAMP - Intense workout, calisthenics, props, weights, etc.
All program registration must be done in person at the YMCA. The Y reserves the right to cancel, combine or delay programs due to lack of enrollment or other reasons. Non-members may register for programs after member registration has begun & pay general public fees. Participants receive a program card. It must be scanned at the desk each time they attend the program. Non-members may enter the building no more than 15 minutes before their class begins. Program cards are rechargeable & re-usable & should be kept for future program participation. Replacement fee for cards is $5.
